Return Policy for Packages – Nordicfysio
Validity of Packages:
- Package 5:* Expires I month from the date of purchase
- Package 10:* Empires 3 months from the date nf pmcliase
- Package 20:* Expires 6 months from the date of purchase
Extension of Expiry Period:
- The expiry period of packages can only be extended in cases of force majeure, such as medical leave or illness
- To request an extension of the expiry period, the patient must contact the clinic and provide the necessary documemation justifying the force majeure cause
- The clinic will evaluate cach case individually and determine if it qualifies for an extension of the expiry period for the remaining sessions
Non-Refund Policy:
- Under no circumstances will money be refunded for purchased packages, even if the patient changes their mind
- All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
Evaluation Process:
- For any request for an extension of the expiry period or any other matter related to the packages, the patient must speak with the clinic in advance
- The clinic witl have the final decision on whether the request qualifies for an extension of the expiry period or any other adjustment
