It consists of 3 stages and is the result of many years
of experience treating several thousands of patients
At Nordicfysio we believe that pain should be treated using the best technology, the best equipment, and the best advanced manual physiotherapy techniques available on the market (for example, we use The Pold Method).
By using this technique, allows that all tissues (muscles, joints, fascia) become deeply relaxed, so pain is relieved quickly and easily achieving very long-lasting results.
Once the pain improves and thanks to the effects of Pold oscillation technique on the nervous system, it is much easier to mobilize the joints in a way that would be impossible if using traditional manual therapy mobilizations.
This is when the biomechanical changes and improvements in the body’s tissues occur, achieving better mobility and restoring the normal function and movement.
Once the pain is gone and movement and function are restored, it is time to step up the work with a training program.
Because we believe it is important for the patient to take an active role in its recovery.
A good training program tailored to the individual conditions and abilities of the patient, will allow to him/her to keep the pain away, stay active and perform well in life.

My name is Álvaro Asensio and I am a graduate physiotherapist and a specialist in advanced manual physiotherapy according to The Pold method. I have been helping my patients to improve their quality of life for more than 15 years. More than 3.000 people have passed through our clinic who have recovered from their injuries and are now living a pain-free life.
I specialize in the rehabilitation of people over 40’ and in the development of rehabilitation treatments, programs and therapies leading to the full recovery of my patients. I am also a spine specialist. I use the revolutionary POLD technique, achieving excellent results.
